Return & Exchanges

At Teums, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by offering the best products from top-rated brands. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days to obtain authorization for the return, and return the item within 15 days.

Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition with photos provided within 24 hours of receipt, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at server@teums.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide return instructions and guidelines. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note that we do not offer free returns if the product does not have quality problems and damage issues, and the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Damages and Issues: Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the items promptly. If the item is defective, damaged, or received in error, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the product for assessment and resolution. After this period, we cannot determine if damages are due to shipping or other causes, and the responsibility falls on the customer.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized items, and hazardous materials. We do not accept returns for items destroyed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Customers initiating return shipping without our authorization will not be reimbursed.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on special offers or gift cards.

Exchanges: For exchanges, the quickest method is to return the original item and place a new order separately once the return is processed.

Reshipping: Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer will require additional shipping fees for resending.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow time for the refund to be reflected by your bank or credit card company.

Note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized products unless the error is on our part. Please note that slight color variations due to different display settings are normal and do not constitute a product quality issue. Indoor lighting conditions can also affect perceived colors.
